The story
Saint Michael the Archangel is known to be a spiritual warrior in the battle between good and evil. God called Saint Michael to gather an army of angels after Lucifer (Satan, a fallen Seraphim angel) gathered his army of angels to rebel against God. This was the collapse of Heaven when one third of the angels fell and chose to follow Lucifer.
Saint Michael defended God and won the fight. He is known to be one of the most powerful angels often called "The Angel of the Lord". You can call upon and and pray to him always in times of spiritual warfare to defend you in battle.
